We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee company-wide operations and ensure successful execution of low voltage projects.

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Lead project management, field operations, and estimating teams.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
Establish KPIs and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability goals.

Qualifications:

10+ years operations management in low voltage or construction.
Strong leadership and financial acumen.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000 – $120,000 annually + bonuses
